Effective date: July 29, 2026. These Terms of Service apply to lifedevelopment.co and mobile applications provided by Life Development LLC, including Reset.
Acceptance
By using our website or apps, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or apps.
Our Apps
Life Development LLC builds consumer mobile applications for everyday routines, personal organization, reflection, planning, and related use cases. App features may change over time as we improve the products.
No Professional Advice
Our apps are for general consumer use and personal organization. They do not provide medical, mental health, emergency, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Always seek a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
Accounts
Some apps may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Contact support@lifedevelopment.co if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If an app offers paid features, purchases, or subscriptions through the App Store, billing and cancellation are handled through your Apple account according to Apple's App Store terms. Unless required by law, app purchases are not refundable by Life Development LLC. You can manage App Store subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create in our apps. You give Life Development LLC permission to process that content as needed to provide the app, maintain security, respond to support requests, and improve the service.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse our website or apps, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, upload unlawful content, violate others' rights, or use the service in a way that could harm Life Development LLC, users, or third parties.
